Pretty in Pink Brunch 2026

These terms apply when you register for, or contribute to, Pretty in Pink Brunch 2026 on Saturday 17 October 2026, 12PM to 5PM, at Country Club, Trasacco Valley Phase 2 Entrance, Luciana Blvd, Accra. By registering or paying you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice.

Registration and entry

  • The event is for guests aged 18 and over only, because alcohol is served.
  • Registration is required, and entry requires a contribution (see below).
  • Your pass is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else unless the organisers agree.
  • We may ask to see valid ID, including to confirm your age and that the pass is yours.
  • We reserve the right of admission. Please be considerate to other guests, staff and the venue; we may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.

Contributions

  • Entry requires a contribution of at least GHS 200.
  • VIP requires a contribution of GHS 1,000 or more, paid online only. VIP places are limited and are not available through “contribute later” or at the door.
  • Contributions support breast cancer awareness, education and community outreach. They are not a purchase of goods, and we do not state that they are tax deductible.
  • Online payments are processed by Paystack by card or mobile money. We never see or store your card or mobile money credentials.

Refunds and cancellation

  • Contributions are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, your contribution is refunded to the original payment method.
  • If the event is postponed, your pass remains valid for the new date.

Changes to the event

The programme, venue and timings may change for reasons outside our control. We will tell registered guests about material changes using the contact details you gave us. If the event is postponed, see the refund and cancellation section above.

Photography and filming

The event is photographed and filmed. Images and footage may be used on our website and social media for the campaign. If you do not want to appear, tell the team on the day or email support@prettyinpink.org.uk to opt out or to ask for an image to be removed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, you attend at your own risk. The organisers are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
