Privacy Notice

When you register we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, region, company, job title, industry, how you heard about the event, whether you have attended a previous Pretty in Pink event, and any interests you tell us about (partnership, outreach, volunteering, the Impact Collection, contributions).

• To manage your registration, digital pass and event check-in.
• To understand our audience and plan future events.
• To communicate with you about the event (confirmation, updates, seating).
• To support fundraising and community outreach related to breast cancer awareness.
• To send you marketing communications, only if you separately opted in to marketing at registration.

At registration you are asked for two distinct consents: one for event communications (required, so we can send essential information about the event you registered for) and one for marketing (optional, unchecked by default). You can withdraw either at any time. See “Your choices” below.

We keep registration data for as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Where you have consented, we may also use it to tell you about future Pretty in Pink events.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to marketing or event communications at any time, by contacting us at support@prettyinpink.org.uk.
